Delivery

We aim to make shopping at Kids Kloset as easy and seamless as possible.

UK Express Delivery – £5.99
Delivered in 1–2 working days via Royal Mail or a trusted courier.

We send all our orders express because who wants to wait.

Please note: Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next working day. During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer – but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Returns

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and send your item(s) back for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.

• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email us at sd@kidskloset.uk with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll get back to you with return instructions.

Please note:

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

• Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
